Kids parties run on Saturdays and Sundays, in two sessions — book a morning or afternoon. Popular dates fill fast. Minimum 12 children, maximum 50 per session.

Pick a Saturday or Sunday and a session, choose your package and add-ons, and pay a £50 holding deposit. That blocks the date for 48 hours while we confirm everything.
The important bits
Saturdays and Sundays only. Two sessions a day:
Minimum 12 children, maximum 50 per session. Best for ages 3–10 — packages can be adapted for older children.
Food add-on £12.50/child. Circus skills, puppet workshops and storytelling can be added on top of any package. We quote those per party, so just ask and we'll price it up.
Yes, based on their availability. Face painting, storytelling, craft workshops, circus skills and puppet-making all work alongside any of the three packages. They're independent artists with their own diaries, so we check who's free for your date and price it per party. Tell us what you're after in the booking notes and we'll include it in your proposal.
Lock your date and package in first, then tell us who or what you'd like in the booking form notes. We'll come back with a price and confirm they're free before anything is charged.
At least one adult for every 13 children. Someone from your side also needs to keep an eye on the door — we don't manage it. Beyond that, bring as many grown-ups as you like — the bar is open and the Parent Platter exists for a reason.
Usually, yes. An extra hour is £50, subject to availability — ask for it when you book and we'll confirm it with everything else.
Seven days before the party. Final guest numbers lock then, and any pre-ordered food needs confirming by the same point. Pre-ordered food counts towards your £300 minimum bar spend, so it chips away at the spend rather than adding to it.
Your £50 deposit comes back in full if we cancel, or if you cancel more than 60 days before the party. Inside 60 days it's covered by the T&Cs — drop us an email and we'll talk it through.
Yes — Love Shack is a 100% plant-based venue and every package is fully vegan. The Kids Snack Pack (£12.50/child) is mini crispy oyster mushroom wings, mini fries, dough balls, Lion's Mane brownie bites, a fruit platter and unlimited squash.
Yes. The bar is open throughout. The £300 minimum bar spend covers adult drinks, hot drinks, soft drinks and any food ordered.
